HDC will be releasing their first live record, Live at the Star Theater, via Heavy Psych Sounds, on May 9th, 2025, and let me tell you, it is killer. Laura, Eddie, and Harry give us all the details on the new release as well as covering a whole bunch of other stuff, like their upcoming European tour, how 90s music influences the band, Laura's move to lead vocals, and so much more. This was one of the more in-depth interviews we have done and we came away with an even greater appreciation for the new record than we already had. Craig is dropping his latest masterpiece from Dead Shrine, Cydonia Mensa, on April 25, 2025 and it is an absolute killer, album of the year candidate. We talk about that record, his other projects both past and present, Craig's writing approach, his influences, the New Zealand rock scene, and both Crowded House and Split Enz come up in conversation. Craig stayed up late to talk with us and was super cool, so we know you will dig our chat. On a very special episode of the Rich and Turbo Heavy Half Hour (S2E15), Rich gets to speak to one of his all time favorite artists, Jason Bieler, of Saigon Kick and Jason Bieler And The Baron Von Bielski Orchestra fame. This is a bucket list guest for Rich, and let's hope he doesn't embarrass himself. Hopefully Turbo will be there to keep him in line. We discuss all sorts of stuff, covering Jason's entire career, with the main focus being on the new record, The Escapologist, which is a prog masterpiece. Saigon Kick is the most underrated band of all time and Jason is one of the greatest guitarists of his era, so it is an honor for us to have him on the show. Please check it out!
